Limits, age and EPIS
Player protection in Belgium is arranged more strictly than most of its neighbours and you notice it at signup. By default €200 per week per site may go in.
EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: whoever registers is barred everywhere immediately, online as well as offline. The request goes through the regulator itself. Since 1 September 2024 the minimum age is 21 for casino, gaming hall and betting; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. Age is verified at registration.
